A 25hr If I Was A Bird Yoga Teacher Training Certification is given at the time of completion.
Curriculum:
Observation of "Live" Kids Yoga Class w/ Discussion + Feedback
Build the Foundation- you will learn a sequence and format for a successful kids yoga class
How to Theme & Create a Kids Yoga Class
Intro Sing Songs for children
Yoga Play and Creative Movement for Kids
Simple Break Down of individual Kids Yoga Postures
How to Cue Kids Yoga Poses Tots-Teens
Music- How to create playlists- an example kids yoga playlist is provided
Props- How to teach w/ props - learn fun and creative ways to incorporate scarves, instruments and other fun items in to your kids classes
Practice Teaching + Group Work/Activities
Introducing Partner Yoga
Yoga crafts/activities
Yoga Games
Mindfulness & Meditation
Practice Teaching
Learn how to create a kids yoga class w/ opportunity to teach to group

Payment plans available w/ interest
Cancellation:
A 2 week notice is required to cancel your training to receive a refund minus $75 office/merchant fee.
A 25hr If I Was A Bird Yoga Teacher Training Certification is given at the time of completion. If you miss any schedule training days the certificate will state different hours for training.
