Do I need to sign up my child for class?
We require a 24hr reservation for your first class. Like other kids activities and programs, weekly enrollment is required for the benefit of your child and space is limited in kids classes. We offer plenty of camps and events that are open to all. Your child will benefit most from our program by enrolling in a weekly class with their own age and level of kids.
What should my child wear to class?
Leggings, t-shirt or tank top or shorts. No jeans, dresses or costumes.
What should my child bring to class?
Yoga mat (any size works) and a water bottle is required for class.
Do you offer Teacher Training?
Yes! We are a Yoga Alliance Kids Certified School. We offer 4 Kids Yoga Training’s per year to learn how to teach yoga for Tots- Teens. We also offer Yoga for Special Needs Trainings in collaboration with Asanas for Autism. Our basic Level 1 training will give you a solid foundation to start teaching yoga to kids. If you would like to advance your skill and earn the 95hr Yoga Alliance certificate than you would take an accumulation of all 3 training’s- If I Was A Bird Yoga & Mindfulness Level 1 & 2 for Tots-Teens AND Yoga for Special Needs with Asanas for Autism.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes! Come party with us! We typically book our parties on the weekends but we can accommodate any open studio space through the week. Our time slots are:
Saturdays and Sundays 12:30p.m.-2, 2:30-4, 4:30-6
Saturdays 1:30-3, 3:30-5, 5:30-7
Sundays 10a.m.-11:30, 12p.m.-1:30, 2-3:30, 4-5:30, 6-7:30

Do you offer events and workshops?
Yes. Our camps and events are open to anyone whether enrolled in a weekly program or not. They are a great opportunity for a once in while yoga fun time! Learn more about our workshops here.
